You have 24 hours on your disposal to change the order without any cost, after registering the order.

The purchase system in ligtop.com is automatic, if the request to change the orders is received after 24 hours from the date of placing the order, it is not applicable. In case the product has been sent, you have to assume the cost of return. There is no problem to return the product, but the shipping costs you have to assume.

ligtop.com is working daily on decreasing the prices for the shipping as much as possible. In case you want to manage the shipping of your order by yourself you are welcome, just please contact us.

We track all shipments and we are following them until we have confirmation that it has been delivered.

We work with trustful transport companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT,EMS and UPS. In case of any occurrence we contact the transport agency and the client if it is necessary. We do not send automatically the tracking number of your shipment. Please ask for the tracking number of your order by email info@ligtop.com, after receiving the shipping confirmation. In short time we will send you all the information about your order, the transport company it was shipped with, the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery. We will send you also transport company contact details for programming the shipping best time.

The prices on ligtop.com are indicated in USD. After registration and introducing the shipping address, you will have the prices changed according to the pricing policy of ligtop.com for each country. The customers from United State will have all the prices in USD by default.

The prices of some items exposed on ligtop.com are VAT included. After registration and introducing the shipping address the prices will be continue to be shown to European Union customers with VAT. The prices will change according to the ligtop.com Price Policy in each country, and will be shown without VAT. The prices are different due to the duty taxes, which are different from country to country.

INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS

In order to exercise the right to withdrawal, you have fourteen (14) working days at your disposal, starting from the receipt day. Please present the purchase order and return the product to the seller (us), with all its accessories, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected, so that it can be reimbursed.

When the return has been checked, verified and confirmed by the seller of the product to ligtop.com, we will proceed to refund the amount stated in the order. Please be careful to send the product in the same conditions as you received, otherwise you will lose the right of reimbursement.

If these conditions are not met, wonderlamp.shop reserves the right to refuse the return.

ligtop.com reserves the right to refuse the return that was placed fourteen (14) working days after the receipt of the order. The client has to assume the return shipment costs, when exercising the aforementioned right of disclaim.

In case of return due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to ligtop.com, that occurs very rarely, such as malfunction, erroneous shipments or manufacturing defects, the collection and replacement of the product will be done at no cost to you. For the rest of cases, you must assume the return costs (changes of opinion, personal decision, change of order or other not justified excuses). The costs of the return will be charged at the time of payment.

You (the buyer), will not be entitled to reimburse of the amount of the product returned in case it is not in the same condition as it was delivered from the begging.

All the goods must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected, so that it can be reimbursed. If not, ligtop.com reserves the right to refuse the return. Product that have been installed, turned on or tested by the client will not be accepted.
