Is it easy to Install the light?

Yes, Most fixtures are very simple to install and if you have any questions, please contact us. It is best to have a professional person install it when you install it, or let the electrician give you some advice.

Is it any replacement if the light damaged when received?

Yes, Please open all packaging and check all accessories carefully. If there is any damage, please contact us.We will send you the replacement to fix it.

Can we get samples? How?

Yes, please send us a request via this form and our sales rep will be in touch soon.

What is the usual delivery time?

For container order, generally 25~40 days. For sample orders sometimes within 7 days.

What is the MOQ?

Our MOQ depend on the items.Generally most of items are don't have MOQ.

What products certificates do your company have?

CE, RoHS for general Europe market. UL&ETL for USA and CANADA.

What does Product Warranty / Guarantee cover?

Normally, 1-2% spare parts are provided for Container orders.We will send you the replacement for the damaged parts within 1 - 3 year Warranty and accessories & spares delivered to your door after payment when out of warranty.

What Payment terms do you accept?

T/T preferred, but also L/C, Wester Union, Paypal,Credit Card accepted.

Can I print my logo on the lighting?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Usually we ship by sea. We can also ship retail order, sample order or trial order by air which usually takes 8-25 days to arrive.

Do you offer design service?

Yes, Please send us any sample pictures and share your lighting ideas with us and  our engineers will provide the perfect solution for you.
